Outsourcing IT needs using Daytro Computer Consulting can substitute for,
supplement or free up other internal IT resources. Daytro
Services will customize a program (within your budget) to provide an
appropriate level of IT support for your organization using an outsource
model structured around a three phase approach:
- Phase I: On-site assessment and preparation; includes
reviewing and agreeing upon your support / maintenance requirements,
inspecting existing equipment and infrastructure and developing a
tailored service and support contract to meet your specific needs.
- Phase II: (Also on-site), includes setting up the Daytro IT remote support infrastructure. Cost effective and efficient
remote support is achieved using remote network monitoring
tools, secure VPN connections and server & workstation remote
desktop sharing software to support users on-demand. It is
during Phase II that other [agreed upon] Infrastructure, Contingency
Planning, Security, Remote Access or Productivity solutions may also
be implemented.
- Phase III: A combination of on-going maintenance and remote
support (on-site only when needed), based primarily upon a
*subscription (monthly) fee structure. Subscription also
entitles your organization to a reduced hourly rate for additional
Daytro IT services.
